When can I expect my order to be delivered?

We do our best to ship orders as quickly as possible. Generally, shipping takes between 5 and 12 days. Tracking numbers are usually updated 3 to 5 days after your order has shipped. If you have not received a tracking number after 7 business days, please contact us at Flipsnbuys@gmail.com.

I am unhappy with my order, can I return it? What if I encounter a problem?

We offer a 100% money-back guarantee if the product is faulty or damaged. You have 30 days to return the item for a full refund. Please note that you must bear the cost of return shipping. Upon receipt of the returned goods, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase. Please make sure that your name and order number are on the returned package. If your package is currently in transit, please wait for it to arrive before initiating the return process for a refund.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, of course! You can cancel your order free of charge. However, you must do this before the goods are shipped. If the item has already been shipped, simply use our simple return system to receive a full refund.

I entered a wrong address, what should I do now?

If you entered a wrong address due to a typo or an autofill error, please reply to the order confirmation email to correct it. Double-check the address provided, and if it's wrong, notify us by email at Flipsnbuys@gmail.com. We can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. Please note that after the 24-hour period, no refunds will be possible for incorrectly transmitted data.
